First-half goals from Christantus Uche, Eddie Nketiah and Yeremy Pino put Palace in complete control, with the only surprise being that they were unable to add a goal after the break.
With three points quickly secured, Palace were able to rest key players.
Daichi Kamada, Adam Wharton and Pino were substituted at half-time, and Nketiah was substituted midway through the second half. Glasner was also able to give 17-year-old forward Benji Casey his debut.
Palace, who won the FA Cup last season to qualify for European football for the first time, are now ninth in the league stage with a game remaining, at home against Finnish side KuPS next Thursday.
The eight best teams will go directly to the round of 16, while those classified between ninth and 24th will play the two-legged knockout round.
