The teenage boy and his 18-year-old half-sister, Anna Kepner, were allowed to share a room on the cruise ship, and the boy’s mother failed to properly supervise the teen, father Thomas Hudson said Thursday in a lawsuit seeking greater visitation for the two children he shares with his ex-wife.
Kepner was found strangled under a bed in the room she shared with the teenage boy on the ship, Hudson said in court documents.
