Benzema on his time with Ronaldo
Benzema recently spoke to the media about his time at Real Madrid and what it was like sharing the field with Ronaldo when the Portuguese superstar was at the peak of his powers.

“I learned a lot from him, especially in terms of movements, runs into the box, pressure and how to handle it.”
Finally, he expressed how atrocious it was to see Ronaldo score goals for fun year after year at Real Madrid, even more so as a teammate on the field.
“This guy was scoring over 50 goals a season, he was unbelievable, man.”
While Ronaldo will still take part in the upcoming FIFA World Cup, Benzema will not be at the event after announcing his international retirement in 2022.
At club level, however, the two legends continue to share the field, albeit as rivals in Saudi Arabia.
