American Healthcare REIT, Inc. (NYSE:AHR) is one of the High-flying stocks to buy right now. On Jan. 20, Truist analyst Michael Lewis lowered his price target on the company’s shares to $52 from $53, while maintaining a “Buy” rating, he reported. The Fly. In particular, the company made adjustments to the ratings and objectives of the entire real estate investment trust group in relation to the outlook for 2026.
Additionally, the firm is “neutral” on REITs for 2026. It highlighted that fundamentals have improved amid a slowdown in new supply and steady demand when it comes to high-quality assets.
That said, the analyst believes the shares are not particularly cheap. Overall, the firm remains relatively bullish on healthcare, industrial, retail, gaming and lodging REITs. It is neutral on manufactured housing, multifamily, self-storage, and triple-net. However, Truist is being relatively cautious in shopping malls and offices.
In a separate statement, UBS’ Michael Goldsmith maintained a “Buy” rating on shares of American Healthcare REIT, Inc. (NYSE:AHR) with a price target of $56.00.
