Tyrese Gibson has broken his silence about an alleged incident in which the neighbors say their dogs attacked and killed another dog.

The singer turned into an actor published a long statement from his lawyer to his verified Instagram account, along with a video.

“Mr. Tyrese Gibson wishes to extend his deepest condolences to the family that lost his beloved dog in this tragic incident,” says the statement of the law firm of Gabe Banks of Banks Weaver. “His heart is really broken, and he has been praying for the family constantly, hoping that one day they can find him in their hearts.”

The statement continues to explain that the “fast and furious star” “was out of the city when the incident occurred, but accepts the total responsibility of their dogs.”

“As soon as he learned what had happened, he immediately made the incredibly difficult decision to relocate his two adult dogs and his three puppies in safe and loving homes,” according to the statement. “The responsibility of maintaining them was simply too big, and his heart could not bear the idea that something like this happens again.”

CNN WSB-TV affiliate reported that an arrest warrant for Gibson was issued after his dogs allegedly attacked and killed a 5-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel called Henry belonging to a neighbor in the exclusive Buckhead community of Atlanta, where the star lives.

According to the authorities, Gibson allowed his great dogs to roam freely in the neighborhood and the neighbor’s ring chamber captured images moments after the alleged Atatck.

“It is the negligence on your part as owner of a house and owner of animals, just letting them wander,” said Captain Nicole Dwyer of the Fulton County Police, to The Outlet. “And now they have killed an innocent animal.”

According to Dwyer, the police spoke with Gibson in an attempt to get him to give the dogs, but he refused.

The publication of Gibson’s social networks includes audio of the popular syndicated radio program “The Breakfast Club” whose hosts can be heard discussing the case that involves their ass of cane, which are an Italian race that is large and muscular.

The hosts said Gibson told them that “he is not fleeing,” but in Los Angeles with the family.

“From the day he learned of this tragedy, Mr. Gibson has been actively trying to communicate directly with the family to express his sadness and condolences,” added the statement published on Gibson’s social networks. “He knows that nothing can undo his loss, but he wants them to know he is really disconsolate.”
