Colts defensive end Laiatu Latu batted in Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ first pass of the day and caught his own pass out of the air at the Kansas City six-yard line.
He returned the interception to the three-yard line, setting up the Colts’ first touchdown of the day: a six-yard touchdown pass from Daniel Jones to Michael Pittman.
Latu now has his third interception of the season after intercepting Tua Tagovailoa in Week 1 and Geno Smith in Week 5. He now leads the Colts in interceptions on the season.
