But, make no mistake, every time the Eagles and Panthers meet on the field, expect fireworks and some of the best athletes not only in the state but in the entire nation on display.
The traditionally elite programs from the southern part of the “Metroplex” of Dallas-Fort Worth, DeSoto and Duncanville will face off once again on Friday night.

Duncanville has played just three games this season and is 2-1. As for DeSoto, the Eagles come in at 3-2, but have won three straight, including a win against Waxahachie, which defeated Duncanville last month.
