Another Ryanwalt and a police officer in the Capitol is being sued by another woman, Sherita Harris, who says she was Firing By rhinewalt while chasing after traffic stopped, in 2022 as well.
The officers said that the Harris car was escaping after they left their patrol car, and they heard gunshots from the car while they were chasing, according to court records.
Two officers involved in the shooting, including Rainwalt, were charged with strict assault. Both acknowledged that he was not guilty.
