The Cowboys thought the CB room was getting healthier, but plans had to change before Week 7.
The Dallas Cowboys have been forced to change their roster once again. Just when it seemed like things were going well, health-wise, for his secondary, Trevon Diggs goes and lands on the inactive list with a concussion suffered off the field. On Saturday, the Cowboys made the expected move and activated second-year cornerback Caelen Carson from injured reserve.
In addition to the move, the Cowboys also elevated RB Malik Davis from the practice squad. For those hoping to see a heavy dose of rookie Jaydon Blue on offense, there may be a pause in those plans with veteran Davis active.
Here’s a look at the club’s 54-man roster ahead of Sunday’s inactives, which will be announced 90 minutes before kickoff.
