Trip.com Group Limited (NASDAQ:TCOM) is one of The most undervalued hotel stocks to invest in now.. On February 27, JPMorgan lowered its price target on Trip.com Group Limited (NASDAQ:TCOM) to $75 from $90, while maintaining an Overweight rating on the stock. The rating upgrade came after Trip.com Group Limited (NASDAQ:TCOM) reported unaudited financial results for the fiscal fourth quarter and full year 2025.

Trip.com (TCOM) Falls as E-Commerce Giant Emerges as Potential Competitor

For the fiscal fourth quarter of 2025, the company reported net income of RMB 15.4 billion (US$2.2 billion), reflecting 21% growth from the prior-year period, primarily driven by resilient travel demand. However, net income for the fiscal fourth quarter of 2025 decreased 16% from the previous quarter, primarily due to seasonality. Net revenue for the full year 2025 was RMB 62.4 billion ($8.9 billion), reflecting 17% growth from 2024.

Trip.com Group Limited (NASDAQ:TCOM) further reported that accommodation booking revenue for the fiscal fourth quarter of 2025 was RMB 6.3 billion ($899 million), up 21% from the same period last year, primarily driven by growth in accommodation bookings. However, lodging booking revenue for the fiscal fourth quarter of 2025 decreased 22% from the previous quarter, primarily due to seasonality.
