Annapolis, Maryland – A man in Indiana at the Federal Court has been charged with threats through the state lines related to lock The US Prosecutor’s Office in Indiana said on Tuesday that the shooting at the US Navy in Maryland last week.
On Friday, the US Prosecutor’s Office of the Northern Region of Indiana said that Jackson Fleming, 23, was arrested on Friday on suspicion of sending him to a threat online through the request of social media related to the academy. The statement said that Fleming, from Chesterton, Indiana, was charged with one of sending a threat to communication between the states.
“We intend to fight these charges in the court strongly,” Jonathan Bidi, Veling’s lawyer, wrote in an email letter.
“No one, including Jack, should not judge on an accusation from the government,” Bidi wrote. “We are ready to install the strongest possible defense, and I am sure that when the full facts appear, Jack will be justified.”
This threatened job raised a lock at the Academy on Thursday. The authorities prompted the response to what was found to be a false report on an armed. During the investigation, a medium -sized man was shot as a threat to the shoulder in the confusion that followed.
The academy said in a statement last week, there was no active shooter.
Midshipman was released from the hospital on Friday. The academy said that a member of the Marine Security Force also received minor injuries.
The wrong report was presented amid anxiety about a series of recent violence in schools worldwide, including the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk at Utah College. He left shooting at a high school in Denver last week, with two students and the death of the armed, while the shooting was left in the Munyabolis Catholic Church, two children from the dead school and 17 wounded two weeks ago.
