Mercedes-Benz presents a striking auto that seems something out of science fiction: ‘Magic Experience’

Mercedes-Benz has drawn the wraps of its new fully electric SUV in the Munich Motor Show, and the car, already called “Magic Experience”, has people talking, according to Carscoops.

The vehicle has an illuminated front grid that covers almost the entire face of the car, along with a perfect 39 -inch digital screen that seems to be rose directly from science fiction.

The new GLC EV will begin to be implemented in the first half of 2026 as the successor of the outgoing EQC. It is built on a stretched wheelbase that makes it more spacious than its gas counterpart, offering expanded head space, legs for the legs and space in the rear and front trunk.

Mercedes says that the SUV will be launched with a 94-kilowatt-hour battery pack, delivering up to 443 miles of driving range with a single load under European test standards. With fast loading rates of up to 330 kilowatts, drivers can add more than 180 miles of reach in just 10 minutes.

For consumers, that combination of space, luxury and efficiency could be a game change. Electric vehicles already help households to save money in routine maintenance, without oil changes and less mobile parts, while reducing fuel costs compared to gas cars. They also avoid contamination of the exhaust tube, which means cleaner air for communities.

And although the manufacture of EV batteries requires mining for critical minerals, compensation is clear. The world currently extracts more than 16 billion tons of coal, oil and gas every year, compared to approximately 30 million tons of minerals necessary for clean energy technology. Unlike fossil fuels, these minerals can be reused and recycled.

Combining an EV like the new GLC with domestic solar panels can further push savings. Loading with solar energy is cheaper than trusting the network or public load stations, and energy tools facilitate the comparison of installers examined and saved up to $ 10,000 in a solar configuration.
The MIT investigation found that the EVs produce around 200 grams of carbon contamination per driving mile when feeding on today’s American network, significantly lower than 350 grams per mile generated by gas vehicles. For many models, the “environmental point” occurs after approximately 13,500 driving miles, in the first years of property.
