In a big Saturday night game against the Chicago Bears with first place in the NFC North on the line, the Packers lost the other player they couldn’t afford to lose.

Quarterback Jordan Love took a big hit from Bears defensive end Anthony Booker, and after going down and being evaluated on the sideline, he returned to the locker room with the coaches.
In the second quarter, Love passed again and Booker was heading towards him. Love lowered his head and Booker hit him helmet to helmet. The Bears were penalized for the hit, but it proved costly for the Packers.
Love stayed downstairs, and after getting up, he headed to the blue medical tent. He was replaced by Malik Willis.
The Packers have dealt with numerous injuries this season, but were 9-4-1 entering Saturday’s game against the Bears. However, losing Love in the first half was a blow.
