The parents of a university student who lost his life in a cyber accident of Tesla have initiated legal procedures against Tesla Inc. (Nasdaq: Tsla). They attribute the disappearance of their daughter to the design of the electronic door of the vehicle.
According to a recent report, parents have filed a lawsuit for unfair death against Tesla Krysta TsukaharaA 19 -year -old university student.
The demand argues that Tsukahara was trapped inside the vehicle on fire due to the Cybertruck electronic doors system, which finally led him to death, Fortune reports.
The accident occurred last November in Piedmont, California, when Cybertruck Tsukahara traveled crashed with a tree and exploded in flames. The demand states that Tsukahara survived the initial impact, but succumbed to the inhalation of smoke and burns after being trapped inside the vehicle.
