Ripple Rlusd: 88% of its supply is in Ethereum, but 85% of the headlines are in XRPL

Stablecoin Rlusd de Ripple (XRP) is distributed very unequally through cryptography markets, since almost $ 700 million find a house within the Defi de Ethereum protocols, while most of its headlines are active in the XRP LEDger.

Token Ethereum Rlusd’s contract of AAVE, which facilitates the use of RLUSD within the AAVE protocol, currently has more than $ 330.4 million, representing almost half of all RLUSD in Ethereum.

The second largest is a domain deployment address (tokens distribution), which has $ 114.63 million, probably operated and controlled by Ripple.

The largest third is the RLUSD/USDC Group Contract of Curve, which has just over $ 24 million.

Obviously, the role of Rlusd in Ethereum is more inclined towards Defi, while the activity in XRPL seems to be institutional.

According to RWA.XYZ, XRPL has registered 25,450 active addresses between December 2024 and October 3, 2025.

Fascinatingly, Ethereum RLUSD transfers have registered $ 4.87 billion in monthly volumes in 19,502 transfers.

Meanwhile, at XRPL, this figure is $ 112.42 million, at 391,157 transfers during the past month.

Capital aspect is one of the most active entities of XRPL. It is a service provider “all in one” for the capital markets of Brazil that takes advantage of XRPL.

Then there is Openeden Digital, a RWA tokenization entity registered in Bermuda specialized in Treasury in the United States, a sector that currently includes $ 169.6 million in XRPL.

This highlights a robust institutional participation in XRPL, which surpasses Ethereum by 2.6x, and possibly aligns with the attractiveness of Low speed and high speed XRPL.
