A federal judge invoked his wife by issuing another scathing decision against the second period agenda of President Trump on Tuesday, this time in relation to efforts to deport students who participated in the pro-palestinian defense.

The judge wrote that he does not discuss the pending cases with his wife, and she made the comment in a different context. Even so, Young in several pages detailed why he agreed, saying that the appointment “perfectly captures” Trump’s public personality.
“The Constitution, our civil laws, regulations, customs, customs, practices, courtesies, everything; the president simply ignores everything when he leads him to act,” Young wrote.

Young’s comments occurred when it ruled that the Trump administration has attacked the pro-Palestinian citizens for deportation mainly due to their protected political discourse under the first amendment. Soon will decide the right remedy.
It is not the first time that the judge, a designated by former President Reagan, who recently celebrated 40 years on the bench, is assigned a legal high profile battle that involves Trump.
In June, Young prevented the administration from canceling hundreds of millions of dollars of health subsidies that, he said against his fight against diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
When the Supreme Court lifted Young’s ruling last month, Judges Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh accused the judge of challenging the recent decisions of the Superior Court.
He led Young to apologize and withdrew the judge of the Stephen Breyer Supreme Court to carry out a rare media interview that defended him, increasing tensions in the Judiciary on the management of emergency cases by the Superior Court of Conservative Master’s Office.
In the 161 pages of Young’s pages on Tuesday, he emphasized that he was not suggesting that Trump has no law.
“It is not. As an experienced litigant, he has learned that, at least on the civil side of our courts, neither our Constitution nor the laws are enforced, and can do almost anything until a harmed person or entity stands up and tells him” no, “they take him to court,” Young wrote.
