Dubai’s real estate market shows a high risk of hitting a bubble, according to the latest World Real Estate Index of Bubble. The report saw Dubai register the stronger risk increase with respect to last year, along with Madrid. Economist Matthias Holzhey is the main author of the study in the main investment office of UBS Global Wealth Management.
